Park Ohaness Futbol Club

Originally called Park Ohannes Futból Club (POFC), a name which derived from the private field on which the club first played, the POFC was started in 2010 when a group of Fresno Armenians began to gather Sunday mornings before church to play a friendly match of soccer.

By 2014, the group had doubled in size and soon outgrew the small field on which it originally started.  Matches were moved to neighboring high school and middle school fields and the name of the club was changed to the Fresno Armenian Futból Club (FAFC).

Today, FAFC has over 45 members ranging from 18-40+ yrs old players with an average of 18-20 players participating in friendly matches year-round on a weekly basis.
